A Code Camp is similar to a local developer's conference, but community driven and free for all attendees. Code Camps have sprung up all over the world in the last years and Montreal is no exception.

Our first Code Camps held in 2007 and 2006 had 250 attendees each. This year, we await 300 developers that will attend the many sessions available during that day. Montreal being a bilingual city, sessions will be held in English and in French. Naturally, for a large event of this size, we are looking for some sponsors and "attendee prizes". Why? Because we need to pay for the hotel rooms, the projectors, the giant screens, photocopies. We'd also like to offer morning coffee and afternoon soft drinks if possible. All that cost money and we don't charge a dime and nobody gets paid.
We'll have a welcome table where attendees will find the day's schedule plus marketing literature, developer magazines, product catalogs, trial product CDs and any other goodie (pens, key chains, t-shirts) from our sponsors.
At the end of the day, we will be drawing some attendee prizes. One or more licenses for the full version of your software would be appreciated. If you have other products/items/services that you'd like to contribute for the prize giveaways, please feel free to share your ideas.
